EUCS 2025 ROADMAP

Do you want to join the biggest Ultimate competition in Europe? Here’s how:
First step: Register your team and players for EUCS. When you enter the EUSC, your team has automatically the chance to qualify for EUCF in September.
Second step: Choose where you would like to play.
Third step: Make sure to get all the details, deadlines and fees on time. The timeline is here.
Fourth step: Play at least 10 games in minimum 1 EUF Event during the 2024 season.
Fifth step: Perform well enough to qualify to EUCF (Div 1 or 2 ) in September. This is either by ranking or getting a wild card.
Eventually 16 teams in each division – Mixed, Open and Women – will qualify for EUCF based on the performance in EUCS,
In 2024, a total of 129 teams and 3500+ players participated in the EUCS.

In order to qualify for EUCF you need to participate in minimum one EUCS Event and play 10 ranking games.
A total of 13 locations in 9 countries are available in EUCS 2025.
The Spring Tours are played in April 26-27 and May 31 - June 01.
The Elite Invite is a 3 day event for the top 8 teams in mixed, open and women. Held in Leuven (BEL), May 30-June 1.
The Summer Tours are the last EUCS tournaments of the season. Dates are August 2-3 and 17-18.

On January 15, your team will be notified on what EUCS tournaments you are invited to play.
EUF will invoice you, and payment is due on February 15.
The Master Roster (minimum 14 players) must be submitted by your national federation no later than April 1.

EUF will send invitations to tournaments on January 28. Then you know what tournaments to play, and you can start preparing.

You must always communicate the changes to your national federation if you need to change your roster.
Adding players is possible until July 15.
Once an athlete is registered to a team they can only move to another team in the transfer period (June 2 - July 15)

If you are unable to decide in the first registration period if you can commit to a summer tour - you are able to sign up late until April 15.
Teams that sign up to a summer tour until January 15 will have priority.
Late comers will be given a spot in order to create good competitions (based on the number of teams).
If tournaments are not filled in the initial registration time - we will cancel events if they are not needed.

After the last Summer Tour events in August 16-17 and the calculation of all the ranked games. Ravi will reveal the teams which qualified to the EUCF division 1 (top 16) and division 2 (17-24).
The number of teams are equal in all divisions. Division 1 & 2 will be played out in Wroclaw, POL.
EUCS RANKING EXPLAINED
The algorithm behind the ranking is the motor running EUCS. Each game played earns the team a rating, which is the average rating of all the games played.

EUCS 2025 is played at 13 locations in 9 different countries. New locations in 2025 are Denmark, Finland, and Romania.
ABOUT THE EUROPEAN ULTIMATE CHAMPIONSHIPS SEASON 2025
This tournament structure establishes an annual European Ultimate Club Season for mixed, open, and women’s teams. These tournaments will allow Europe's top teams to compete against one another and crown the European Club Champions.
The EUCS creates a base structure and calendar for the series, involving as many teams, nations and players as possible.
These teams compete in the Regular Season to advance to the European Ultimate Championships Finals (EUCF).
