QUALIFY TO EUSC 2025

Next level ultimate

Does your club want to participate at the highest level in European Ultimate? Do you want to go to the European Ultimate Club Championships?

Here are the first steps:

In order to be considered for the EUCS, a team must pre-register for all EUF tournaments in which they intend to participate.

The player’s and team fees for each tournament will be in the registration form.

Attention: Participation in at least one EUF tournament is mandatory. If a team participates in more than one EUF tournament, it fulfils the requirements to be considered for an EUCF bid, for sure → see Minimal Requirements to be considered for the qualification in the EUCF

The national federation must confirm the registration, which certifies that this team belongs to its country and participates in the national championship that year. 

EUF will distribute the registered teams to the various EUF tournaments for the whole season (!!), considering the expressed priorities as much as possible. 

EUF will invoice the team fee payment for all tournaments a team has accepted.

Thanks to this system, all teams that enter the EUCS will know where they will play and how much the tournament will cost in February.

After February 15th, it is impossible to drop out of a tournament. The EUF will keep all the payments, which should ensure that we find a backup solution in case of a dropout. Additionally, late dropouts will be penalized with disqualification for the season.
