EUF-Approved Tournament ADmin

Responsibilities

  • The Tournament Admin needs the event one month before the event takes place. This leaves the EUF Admin with 1 (one) week of review time and the team admins with 2 (two) weeks of rostering time.

    The Tournament Admin will be informed once the review has been completed.

  • Once the tournament is approved, the Tournament Admin will get an automatic email notification to inform them about it. The Tournament is then implemented in the Tournament Rostering tool so the teams can submit their Tournament Roster 1 (one) week before the Event.

    Tournament Admin should communicate this to the participating teams.

  • Min. 1 Month before the tournament: Application for Approval

    1 Week before the tournament: Roster deadline for Teams

    Max. 1 Week after the tournament: Sending the results of the tournament

    The latest date a result can be submitted is 19th August 2024

  • Max. 1 week after the tournament takes place, the Tournament Admin needs to send the results of the tournament to the EUF.

    There will be a template to unify the format of the results.

    The results need to be communicated to: competition@ultimatefederation.eu
