The participation agreement is the most crucial document for the player. After a player is added to the Master Roster, they will get a notification from the Rostering Tool to insert their player data.

The player must accept the participation agreement within the Rostering Tool every year. If this is not accepted, the player is not selectable for the tournament roster and, therefore, unable to participate.

Once a move is requested, the player in question gets a notification to approve or decline that roster move.
